Technology was a big part of our business when we started in 2001 and remains a key area of expertise. It is understandable that some organisations are finding it hard to keep track of the accelerating revolution that information and communications technologies are driving – we devote a lot of our time to maintaining a clear picture of the current and future value that technology can bring to an organisation – in practical terms.

In fact, every day we are reminded of how much more technology still has the potential to deliver and we still deliver large technology programmes that make a difference to the performance of our clients. We have moved on and up with our competency in technology, increasingly strategic – but never losing our grounded approach to delivering solutions that are relevant to the whole enterprise.

Integration with business and the leverage that technology can provide is increasingly where we are asked to focus. Our work has become more strategic and International – with the European Space Agency on satellite utilisation and our contribution to the Digital Britain Report highlights the higher levels of strategic influence we have reached, based on a broad range of skills and experiences. As well as our work in Media, focusing on a broad range of technologies in television – from automation to global rights management, we have built strong positions in travel distribution, outsourced service and telecommunications.

We reveal potential and deliver technology advantages in all businesses we work in – understanding the importance of connecting business value expectations to technical options and the processes they support or drive.

We can deliver full enterprise solutions, we can integrate, or modularise – or create standalone, linked solutions – in all cases evaluating both scalability and disposability options. This might sound unfamiliar compared to the strategies some of our peers offer – but we always focus on the best solution for the client, not the most complex or intellectually challenging – or profitable for us. As with all our work, we deliver truly practical and executable strategies and programmes that quickly deliver real value with defect free installation and commissioning.

Although applied in other areas, it is in technology projects that our own standardised Project Management Methodology really delivers – the ability to manage complex, multi-stream work in a fully synchronised and target driven way.
